Enhance Your Career,
Spiritual Education, and Esoteric Studies

The graduate program at Sancta Sophia Seminary offers four master degrees, each providing unique advantages and opportunities for your career, spiritual education, and esoteric studies.

• Master of Divinity Degree:
  for ministers and spiritual science teachers who wish to deepen and broaden their practice of ministry, spiritual counseling, and teaching. This degree emphasizes sacramental and congregational activities.
  
  
• Master of Theology Degree: offers an advanced study of esoteric Christianity from a uniquely mystical perspective. This degree is directed toward research and the pursuit of academic scholarship rather than pastoral counseling or working with people in a church or spiritual group setting.
  
  
• Master of Arts in Holistic Wellness Degree:
  offers advanced preparation for a career as a wellness guide - ministering to the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of others. The emphasis is on assisting others to experience new levels of wellness in body, mind, and spirit through private practice. This program includes a Wellness Guide Certificate.
  
  
• Master of Arts in Spirituality Degree:
  emphasizes esoteric, mystical, and metaphysical studies as the foundation for assisting others in the process of spiritual awakening. It is for those seeking a deepened spiritual life through studies and practices in the process of attaining Christ-Consciousness. Certification as a Spiritual Mentor can be included with this degree.

Master Degrees: Basic Courses and Requirements

All Master Degrees require Foundations of Spirituality and these metaphysical studies may be taken concurrently with your master studies.

The graduate program leading to a Master Degree includes one class week of residency per trimester with the core curriculum:

• Graduate Trimester I - February: Christian Theology
• Graduate Trimester II - May: Technologies for Spiritual Emergence
• Graduate Trimester III - September: Convergence of Science and Spirituality

To complete the work, each graduate program requires three more trimesters for thesis instruction and writing. An oral presentation and a written thesis are required.

Additional Certifications with Your Master Degree

The Master Degree program includes the option of a Spiritual Mentor Certificate. Master of Divinity and Master of Theology include certification as a Teacher of Esoteric Philosophy by LCCC. The Master of Arts degree includes classes relating to your chosen specialty. Master of Arts in Holistic Wellness offers a Wellness Guide certification. A Spiritual Mentor certificate is available in the Master of Arts in Spirituality degree. In addition, certain programs may be certified without earning a degree.
